"Hearts in Chenzhou, Resolve in Jingkong" — Jingkong Precision Successfully Completes 2025 Team Building Expedition

To further enhance team cohesion and foster a culture of seamless communication and cross-departmental collaboration, Jingkong Precision (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. organized an immersive three-day team-building retreat in the scenic landscapes of Chenzhou, Hunan, from September 19 to 21, 2025.

Under the inspiring theme "Hearts in Chenzhou, Resolve in Jingkong—We Gathered in Chenzhou," the entire staff ventured into the majestic Mangshan National Forest Park. Amidst the towering peaks and rugged terrain, the team participated in a rigorous hiking challenge. This physical journey was designed to mirror the company’s professional spirit: overcoming obstacles through perseverance and collective strength. The shared effort required to reach the summits not only tested individual endurance but also reinforced the team's shared determination to conquer complex challenges together.

The itinerary was thoughtfully curated to balance intensity with inspiration:

Physical Resilience: Navigating the breathtaking trails of Mangshan to build grit and willpower.

Cultural Connection: A visit to the serene and historic Guanyin Tang, providing a space for cultural immersion, quiet reflection, and spiritual rejuvenation.

Collaborative Synergy: Custom-designed team tasks interspersed throughout the trip, transforming abstract concepts of "unity" into practical, collaborative wins.

This expedition was more than just a break from the office; it served as a vital platform for employees from different departments to build mutual understanding and deep-seated trust. By stepping out of their daily routines and into the beauty of nature, the staff forged stronger personal and professional bonds.

Jingkong Precision remains steadfast in its belief that a company’s greatest asset is its people. We are confident that this revitalized and highly synchronized team will return to their roles with renewed energy and sharpened execution. Moving forward, the unity forged in the mountains of Chenzhou will serve as the driving force, propelling Jingkong Precision toward a future of stability, innovation, and shared prosperity.
